d3 Creative Concepts is an international boutique that provides unique custom designed products and services. We focus on providing essentials that are elegant, fun, and fashionable. The company slogan, "Don’t Just Look the Part, Be the Part," solidifies Aliza’s belief that it is more than just looking good; it is about feeling good, confident, being true to oneself, while giving back to others!

Who's Aliza`

A proud 36-year member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (Mu Omicron, Fall 1989), she graduated from NC State University in 1991 with a degree in Textiles and Apparel Design & Management.

Aliza` has traveled extensively across the U.S. and internationally, immersing herself in art, culture, history, fashion, and textiles. At d3 Creative Concepts, she and her son, Jaylen Bailey, design unique Divine 9 paraphernalia, apparel, accessories, and leather handbags, while also creating innovative fundraising events that drive meaningful community impact.

Her career spans corporate leadership, nonprofit management, and community engagement. For more than 17 years, Aliza` has specialized in business and fund development, serving organizations such as the Life Enhancement Charitable Foundation/Gray Holiday, The Harvey B. Gantt Center, The Arts Empowerment Project, Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County, Tab Arts Center, Delta Arts Center, The National Black Theatre Festival, River Run International Film Festival, Winston-Salem Urban League, and the NC Department of Workforce Development.

Prior to her nonprofit work, Aliza` built a 20-year corporate career in sales, marketing, merchandising, design, and product development. She served as Director of Merchandising and Design for Polo Ralph Lauren and Hanes Underwear & Sleepwear, where she held multiple leadership roles. Today, she draws upon this experience as a consultant to small businesses, nonprofits, and independent artists, offering creative solutions and strategies for sustainable growth.

Beyond her professional life, Aliza` is most proud of her role as mother to two accomplished young adults. Jaylen Maxwell, an NC State graduate with a B.S. in Business, Marketing & Digital Communications, currently works with DC United Soccer. Jayda Aliz’, a graduate of Duke University with a B.S. in Public Policy, International Comparative Studies, and a minor in Economics, works with McMaster-Carr in Chicago, IL.
